This study aimed to identify the relationship between the degree of organizational agility practiced by Arab school principals within the Green Line and their level of organizational conflict management, from the perspectives of both principals and teachers. The study sample consisted of 596 participants: 205 male and female principals and 391 male and female teachers, selected using a stratified random sampling method. A descriptive correlational approach was employed, and a questionnaire was used as the main data-collection tool supported by observational notes to achieve the study objectives. The results showed that Arab school principals within the Green Line reported a high degree of organizational agility and a high level of organizational conflict management. The findings further indicated a statistically significant, moderate positive correlation between the degree of organizational agility and the level of organizational conflict management, with a correlation coefficient of 0.49. These results highlight the importance of enhancing principals’ organizational agility as a pathway to more effective management of organizational conflict in Arab schools within the Green Line.
