The study aimed to identify the role of school principals in the northern shrine district in the sustainable development aims and Jordan's vision 2030 AD from the teachers' point of view. The researcher used the descriptive quantitative method, and to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was developed for this purpose and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The sample of the study consisted of (501) male and female teachers who were chosen by simple random method. The results of the study showed that the role of school principals in achieving the goals of sustainable development and Jordan Vision 2030 AD from the point of view of teachers was high, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) in the role of school principals in achieving the goals of sustainable development and Jordan Vision 2030 AD Attributable to the gender variable in favor of males, and to the educational qualification variable in favor of teachers holding a bachelor's degree. And for the experience variable in favor of teachers with experience from (5-10) years, the study recommended holding periodic courses and workshops to raise awareness among school principals of the requirements for employing the sustainable development goals and Jordan Vision 2030 AD and ensuring their activation in Jordanian schools, and developing comprehensive and achievable transformational plans and developing them to enhance the capabilities of principals Schools are committed to implementing the goals of sustainable development and Jordan's vision 2030 AD, providing quality, fair and inclusive education for all, and uniting the efforts of all officials in the Ministry of Education to implement them.
