Blended learning has become an essential approach for developing students’ linguistic and social skills and enhancing their overall learning. This study aimed to identify the level of school management skills that contribute to raising the efficiency of teaching in blended learning environments among teachers in Southern Al-Mazar schools in Al-Karak Governorate. The researcher employed the descriptive method. The study sample consisted of 86 male and female teachers in the primary stage during the 2022–2023 academic year, selected randomly with an equal number of males and females. A questionnaire was developed based on previous studies on blended learning in basic education classes, comprising 12 items distributed over two dimensions: student interaction and assessment. The results indicated that the level of using blended learning in primary classes in the Southern Al-Mazar district was good from the teachers’ perspectives, with an overall mean of 4.11 and a standard deviation of 0.63. Both dimensions (student interaction and assessment) also scored at a good level. From an applied educational perspective, the findings highlight the importance of enhancing school management skills, particularly those that support interactive teaching and effective assessment—in order to maximize the benefits of blended learning. The study recommends conducting further research on school leadership practices that sustain high-quality blended learning and designing training programs for principals and teachers to develop the skills needed in such environments.
