This research aimed to investigate the effect of knowledge management on improving the quality of school life for students from the perspectives of both teachers and students. To achieve this aim, a descriptive survey method was employed, using a two‑axis questionnaire as the main study tool. The first axis measured the quality of school life and consisted of 15 items, while the second axis measured the dimensions of knowledge management, knowledge organization and storage, knowledge transfer and sharing, and knowledge application—through 20 items. The questionnaire was administered to a sample of 400 teachers and 400 students from public schools in Jerash Governorate, Jordan. The findings indicated that the level of knowledge management among public school principals in Jordan, from the teachers’ point of view, was medium. Similarly, the quality of school life among public school students, from their own point of view, was also medium. The results further revealed a statistically significant effect of knowledge management on improving the quality of school life among students, as perceived by both teachers and students. The research recommended strengthening indicators of students’ quality of school life by enhancing schools’ knowledge resources, for example, updating books and references in school libraries to better meet students’ needs and interests.
