Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of teamwork in improving school leaders' performance from the perspectives of teachers in the Ajloun Directorate of Education. Furthermore, the study examined whether there were any differences in teachers’ perspectives based on gender, qualifications, and experience. The study sample consisted of 250 male and female teachers selected randomly. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of 21 items was employed. The findings indicated that the degree of effectiveness of teamwork in improving the performance of school leaders was high. There were no statistically significant differences in teachers' perspectives based on gender and qualifications. However, statistically significant differences were found based on experience, favoring those with more than 10 years of experience. Based on the findings, several recommendations were put forth.
