This study aims to identify and clarify forced marriages among the Jews in the Talmud and to understand the perspective of Islam regarding them considering the Quran and Sunnah. The present study follows the inductive research approach by examining the texts of the Talmud within the limits of the third section, Ahkam al-Nisa’ (The Nashim), as well as the analytical approach by analyzing the provisions of the Talmud on forced marriage and evaluating them considering the Qur’an and Sunnah. Additionally, the study uses the comparative approach by comparing these issues in the Talmud with what is mentioned in the Qur’an and Sunnah among Muslims. The study concluded that the Talmud agrees with Islam on the encouragement to marry and respect for the institution of marriage. However, they differ in that the Talmud enjoins two types of forced marriages: the marriage to a brother's widow and the marriage to a rapist, in which case, if she is eligible for marriage with an Israeli, he will be fined.
