Abstract

This study aimed to identify the extent to which physical education teachers use educational aids in the First Zarqa Directorate of Education in Jordan, considering variables such as gender (male, female), years of experience, and educational qualifications. The researchers used a descriptive approach to align with the study's objectives, employing a questionnaire as the means of data collection. The questionnaire consisted of 26 items, and the study population comprised 156 teachers. The study sample included 94 teachers working in physical education in Zarqa. The results of the study showed no statistically significant differences in the use of educational aids based on gender, years of experience, or academic qualifications. The researchers recommended emphasizing the importance of educating teachers that the specialization of physical education is not inferior to other disciplines and promoting the effective use of experienced and skilled educators to enhance physical education classes and break away from the traditional class structure.
