Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the level of entrepreneurship among principals of Arabic schools in the Green Line, as perceived by teachers. The study's sample consisted of 284 male and female teachers selected through random sampling. To achieve this aim, the study adopted a descriptive survey approach, developing a questionnaire with 39 items. The findings of the study showed that the level of entrepreneurship among the principals of Arabic schools is high. Moreover, there were no significant statistical differences at the level of α = 0.05 between the means of teachers’ evaluations for the level of entrepreneurship among Arabic schools' principals attributed to variables such as gender, academic qualification, and years of experience. Based on the findings, a set of recommendations were presented, the most important of which is: training the principals of Arabic schools through specialized programs focused on methods for analyzing the internal and external environment of the school to assess and respond to risks.
