This study examines how a comprehensive talent management strategy—encompassing talent attraction, development, retention, performance management, and succession planning—shapes organizational performance at Jordan Ahli Bank across learning and growth, customer satisfaction, internal operations, and environmental performance. Using a quantitative, descriptive-analytical design supported by observational notes, data were collected via a structured questionnaire from top and middle managers (n = 94 usable responses from 130 surveyed) and analyzed with SPSS. Results show a statistically significant positive effect (α ≤ 0.05) of the overall talent management strategy and each of its dimensions on all four performance dimensions. The findings position talent management as an educational and human development mechanism that strengthens organizational learning, builds human capital, and enhances service quality in the banking sector. Practical implications include: institutionalizing targeted learning and development pathways, integrating performance management with career progression, designing retention policies that create supportive work environments, and formalizing succession pipelines for critical roles. For applied humanities and educational studies, the study evidences how structured workplace learning and capability-building translate into measurable organizational outcomes in a real-world financial context.
