The researchers employed a descriptive analytical approach for data collection and analysis. The study results revealed that the application of the strategic plan at Jordan University of Science and Technology, as perceived by faculty members, exhibited a high degree across all domains, ranked as follows: scientific research and creativity, accreditation and quality assurance and international classification, higher studies, institutional performance, marketing and media, connection with industry, students, university environment, social responsibility, and human resources. The results indicated statistically significant differences due to the academic rank variable in favor of the associate professor rank, and due to years of experience, in favor of those with less than five years of experience.
