This study examined the impact of critical success factors on professional choice and their role in achieving adaptation strategies in light of the prevailing culture of Jordanian university students. Using a descriptive approach and questionnaire data from 963 students, the study found statistically significant effects of self, personal, social, economic, and cultural factors on professional choice and adaptation strategies. It recommends that Jordanian university administrations adopt an effective vision to emphasize the role of critical success factors in professional choice.
