This study investigates how organizational flexibility in Arab schools inside the Green Line relates to the effectiveness of crisis management from the viewpoints of principals and teachers. Using a descriptive cross‑sectional survey, we administered a 47‑item validated questionnaire to 472 participants selected via availability sampling. Respondents rated organizational flexibility at a high level across domains and reported high crisis‑management effectiveness. Correlation analyses revealed a significant positive association between organizational flexibility and crisis‑management effectiveness, indicating that adaptive structures, decentralized decision‑making, and responsive communication are linked to stronger preparedness, response, and recovery capacities. Practical implications include institutionalizing crisis playbooks aligned with flexible governance, developing rapid decision cells and communication trees, running scenario‑based drills that stress‑test role fluidity, embedding data dashboards for real‑time monitoring, and targeted professional development on agile leadership and psychosocial support. Sustaining flexibility through policy support and continuous learning can bolster school resilience to future disruptions.
